House Rules

• Cleaner access to the apartment will be agreed before commencement of the tenure.
• The apartment does not provide a washing machine or dryer. Personal laundry service can be provided for a fee.
• The quiet period (10 p.m. to 7 a.m.) must be strictly observed.
• No pets.
• No smoking.
• Payment by bank transfer or cash only.
  
  

Cancellation

Should the tenant need to cancel the contract, the following fees will be charged:

• 60 to 30 days before commencement of the lease: 20 % of 1 month’s rent
• 29 to 10 days before commencement of the lease: 50 % of 1 month’s rent
• Less than 10 days before commencement of the lease: 1 month’s rent
  
  

Tenants are advised to arrange their own insurance cover for the above.

Should the landlord be forced by unforeseeable circumstances to cancel the contract before commencement of the lease, the deposit will be fully reimbursed. By accepting this clause, the prospective tenant forfeits any further claim to compensation for the cancellation.

After your booking is confirmed you will receive an invoice for the deposit and for the first month’s rent. Please pay the full amount within 10 days. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your reservation. 

3.

The receipt of your payment will be confirmed by email. Rental payments for stays over 1 month are always due in advance.
